Meh

I feel like the storyline was kind of immature. I thought that Michael’s reactions and feelings about his ex were not accurate for the characters. The narrator was not fabulous but she didn’t ruin the story. And dual point of view/narration would have been great.

Enjoyed getting to know Michael and Sophia. They are both broken for different but similar reasons. Their growth is slow but good.

Michael Vilander is the CEO of a Dating site. He needed a date for a charity gala on Valentine's day. He decided to used his own website for a time only date. Sofia Baldwin was one of the many that answered his profile. After chatting, he asked if she would be comfortable going with him. So the story begins, they have their ups and downs. Sofia exuded fun, confidence, and a softness he didnt see in any of the other women he dated. Sofia had a secret that she never thought necessary to tell him. But would her secret ruin their so called relationship? Why was Michael so cautious when it came to relationships? The story is about trust , believing in others, betrayal, lies, secrets. Melissa Schairy narration was very good. having the emotions and feel for all the characters. I enjoyed listening to the story.🎧audiobookobsessionreview🎧
