I had to keep fast forwarding thru the 20 min battle scenes, I would skip this book and do the next one.

Loving this series

Ever since starting this series I haven’t been able to put it down. If you like the first book… they just keep going!

Originally I wanted to buy the author a thesaurus for those two phrases. I have changed my mind and I like it now. I normally like more progression fantasy, but this character is fun. Good balance of humor and I really want to see what happens with the “older woman”.

Not fantastic. Better than the previous

Battle scenes can still be too long. Still a lot of long melodramatic dialogue. But better than the previous book. It’s ok filler.

Really love this series

I just can’t put this down. Can’t wait to listen to the next book. Very engaging.
