A predictable thriller rendered decently by Kannan. The book could have been more suspenseful instead is like a soap opera.

A predictable thriller

This is my first book written by this author and I quite liked it. The plot was sufficiently engaging to keep me wanting to find opportunities to listen, which is a hallmark of a good audio book. The narrator did a fine job with the accents of the various characters and having lived in Delhi, all the local characters were spot on. I did get a little tired of the American accent for Anjali after sometime but I guess other than finding someone else to do that part, the narrator did the best he could. I will likely try other books by Chetan Bhagat.

The book is interesting, sometimes the accent throws you off but other than that the story was good. I recommend these easy reads for my book clubs for people who are extensively commuting.

The story itself was very good. But the characters, particularly the two best friends, were funny and interesting characters. I really enjoyed the book. I’d love to have the writer do a follow up book with these two main characters.

The story was fantastic!

Looks like a loose plot and a tried twist at the end. Disappointing :( !

Was expecting more from Chetan Bhagat, :(
