Pretty good overall.

I enjoyed it. It had some good things going and I’ll continue the series. The thing I didn’t like is how they talked about the female MC’s life in a very roundabout way.

Nothing says romance quite like knowing your soulmate needs to get her back blown out every few days to live and did so for years before you. Great to just quickly gloss over that fact lol.

Good start for what I hoped to be excellent series

Breaking slightly out of the mold of this type of series, I found one excellent and an excellent representation of a modern police officer being dumped into this situation. I look forward to the rest of the series.

I have listened to alot of this genre. I loved the couple facing the challenges together. I found myself rooting for the two of them rising to the occasion by supporting each other's interests. The snarky bard like interactions are fun and reinforce the relationships.

this was a really good book .I have very high hopes , the story can go anywhere it isn't locked into going any way

It starts a bit forced and rough and I thought about putting it down but then it started to feel like the author found there flow and it really just gets better the longer I listen and I really recommend the book. If you’re looking for a LITRPG with romance. (not a harem),feel good not grim dark book,with characters that might at first be cardboard cutouts who really begin to come to life. I can without a doubt recommend this book
