I was hesitant at first being that this book is definitely in the YA category and I definitely am not. But it was recommended to me by a friend so I gave it a shot. It was very good. I liked the author’s creativity in the use of certain words in order to keep it clean. There were times this book made me laugh and times it made me cry. All great indications that the author pulled me into the world she created. I liked the characters and thought they were well rounded and had agency.
