Stress can drain energy resources from yourself. Life, however, does not always meet our needs in terms of restful sleep during stressful times. There are so many issues to deal with with-family, jobs, income, assignments, social plans, appointments.

The report estimates that sleeping men cause up to 90 percent of industrial accidents. This showed accidents showed a lack of sleep.
