Loved it!!!!!

This was a good listen. A great friends to lovers romance. I loved the chemistry and friendship with Brandon and Callie. Callie was a good one because I don't think I could be in the position she was in working for a man I'm in love with and trying to act like I'm not. But they got it right. As always Ms. Wesleigh did her thing. If you haven't grab this gem I suggest you pick it up.❤❤

Reused Storyline

I have listened to several books with a similar storyline; been there, done that and looking for something different and interesting. Wesleigh did a great job with narration as usual. Hope the next book offers a bit more originality.

Can we just work together and not be attracted to one another?

This was my first listen to the work penned by this author. The narration by Wesleigh was amazing. It was very interesting how this played out between a boss and his assistant. It is common when the opposite sex work together and catch feelings, but for 10 years or so - they kept it to themselves. Of course, it was the professional thing to do. But, when it came out, it was ON!! Brandon and Callope appeared to be perfect for one another, and others noticed that - even publicly made it known. They were both on the same page when it came to starting a family. Brandon would make sure to make her his, but Calliope didn't object.

This was a fun story. I'm mad Brandon waited all this time to get Callie, but she could've said something too lol. Either way, I liked their story.

Loved it, realistic, sexy, and sweet! I can't wait to read book 2, I hope it's just as good!
