I almost gave up after the werewolf book but glad I did not

This book was back to what made this series great glad I tried it I almost crossed this series off my list after the last book which was a train wreck

Great wrap up to the story

I thought the book series had ended with the previous novel. but I was very happy to see this as a continuation. it brought the story to an epic climax and a feel-good conclusion. it was nice to see the characters progress a little bit more and wrap up loose ends. well done Ben, You are the bestest boi;)

Amazing

Been waiting for this to come to audible since I read the book on kindle it was a great and amazing so listen to keep up the great work and can't wait for the next book

This Feels Like Goodbye

But, on visiting the author's Facebook, this world has yet more in store for us.

So, instead, I'll view this as closing the first major story arc of this world. So many subplots get addressed and answered here. Even characters that felt fairly minor thus far get a moment.

Warning with a Spoiler: Animal Injury
Stakes must be added somehow, and this is one of the more impactful ways it is achieved. A beloved friend on four legs is hurt badly, so if that's an absolute no-go, here is your warning. It worked out fine to my standards, but others have different needs and tastes, so I wanted to offer a heads up.

Overall, I enjoyed this book. There are parts I wanted more time on to be sure, but this is not the forum to nitpick. It is a piece of literature I recommend.

Loved the story

Loved the growth and development of the characters and there interconnected relationships with the story
