THE BLADE THAT WAS BROKEN

Murelia is vanquished--at a terrible cost. With both Teacher's blade and magic left shattered, he and Fran have no choice but to trust in the godsmith Alistaire, whose mansion may hold the key to repairing him--and perhaps, the key to his origins, too. Either way, the duo's sojourn in the Beastman Nation is almost at an end. What will the climax of this adventure bring?

The first favorite arc is the fighting tournament arc. So, many surprises and wondering how the series would continue. This followed that arc and proved that it still can be enjoyable. I wasn’t to pleased with the next arc when reading it but I hope it will be better this time.

This is definitely my second favorite arc!

I wish I could like this series more but sometimes something happens that makes me cringe into oblivion. What was that entire bonus story? Fran is 12, the word sexy shouldn't even be in the same paragraph as Fran. Stop it.

But yea, fun story that's a nice breather compared to how intense the last two books were. Looking forward to the rest.

Good as always but...

A better balance of fighting and normal life in this one. Fran is as cute and awesome as always. With all the female characters in this series, it is almost a shame that they did not have dual narrators. Having all the females sound like drag queens is a bit off putting. Other than than, the guy does his best.

Cute As Always
