I can’t recommend Relaxed enough! She beautifully weaves simple scriptural principles about worry, stress, fear, anxiety, pain, and hurt into real-life stories that show how true surrender and intimacy with Jesus lead to peace and freedom.

Her honesty and authenticity shine through every page, reminding us that we can truly rest in His unconditional love and lay everything at His feet. This book brought many tears and precious moments with Jesus as I listened on Audible, and I can’t wait to read the physical copy so I can highlight all the parts that touched my heart.
