not your average dragon rider school tale

the pace of the story as it shifts from school to application of the skills was a very pleasant surprise. the emotions of loss and accomplishments are more realistic than any ya romance. I thoroughly enjoyed the dichotomy of two intelligent rideable steeds. read the story in a single day!
