Sharp Wit and Tight Suspense

This series has swiftly captured my attention, compelling me to devour both books within mere days. The author’s skillful command of language is evident; as an avid reader, I find myself eager to revisit the audio, to immerse once more in the perfectly placed prose that resonates with profound effect. The characters are remarkable and the storytelling is enthralling. While I wished for more distinction in the male characters' voices, the narrator nonetheless succeeded in holding my unwavering interest.
