Great book, expertly read, slow burn sizzle. I loved it. I hope we get a sequel.

Great Story!!

Great story & of course the characters were extremely well played! The case was thrilling and grabbed you as it progressed. Not gonna lie I thought I had the Scorpion figured out. Twists and transitions were well played & nicely detailed. Gerri never disappoints!

Impressive action-adventure with an adorable romance.

Have no doubt, Hill can write ShootEmUpps with the best. This bloody tale kept me on the edge of my seat.

Investigative reporter Marty and Detective Kristen had no idea that an evidence box to a cold case murder would turn their worlds upside down. Their only choice is to solve the murder or die. This story was so intriguing, so mysterious and suspenseful ... I was on edge throughout the whole thing!

Abby Craden is amazing in this one!! (not surprising though)

Good book!

Interesting plot and likeable characters. Gerri Hill always finds a way to create fantastic stories. And of course, the narrator did an excellent job bringing the characters and emotions alive. Highly recommended!
