My name is Lou, but I’ve been known by many names over the years. The junkie’s daughter. The teen bride. The Internet knows me as Scarlet, but in real life, I’m just Lou.

Scarlet is desired. She knows how to flirt, how to seduce, how to win. But Lou… well, I guess I’m still trying to figure that out. After a wake up call with a client that made me realize I was not leading my best life, I decided to make some changes. Stop living online. See the world beyond Fairbanks. Explore.

Except my ex-client isn’t taking ‘no’ for an answer, and there are three new guys in town for the winter who insist on coming to my rescue. And all of them are keeping secrets.

Secrets that might explain what bright eyes they have. And what sharp teeth they have. And what big...

Scarlet Disaster is book one in the Little Red Duet. It is a medium burn reverse harem, loosely inspired by Little Red Riding Hood, for listeners age 18+

This duet mentions characters from the Three Bears Duet, but can be listened to as a standalone.

I love this authors work. I've enjoyed this series so far.
A romantasy with great spice and interesting characters. The world building started in the two previous books in this series- but it's not required to get into this book. Shifters are a hidden part of society, and telling humans about the existence of shifters is fatal unless those humans wear a mating bite. Three gorgeous shifters become enamored with a human woman who has unknowingly attracted the attention of a powerful alpha. This alpha refuses to accept the FMCs rejection of him (he's married and hid that from the FMC). The FMC has no clue how dangerous her alpha stalker really is, but begrudgingly accepts protection from the 3 male shifters.

My only issue with this book so far is the that the FMC is a complete supposed to be street smart, but it's treating her stalker like it's nothing important and instead focuses suspicion on the three males that have done nothing but offer to protect her. If this was closer to reality, she would be freaking out about a man who has literally followed her to the other side of the country after she rejected him-and never gave him information about what her real name or address was. She's being snotty and acting ungrateful to the people who are just trying to help her. I'll finish this book in the hopes her character grows up a little.

Two of my favorite narrators.
