At the tender age of 16, Hagar King falls in love. She is certain all will go perfectly with her 15-year-old beau, Enoch Yoder. But she is wrong—very wrong. Hagar falls pregnant and is shipped off in shame to give birth to a beautiful baby girl. Under protest, her child is snatched away. Enoch’s family leaves the state, and Hagar does not hear from him again.

Present day:

Hagar lives with an empty gap in her heart and life—one that can never be filled. However, she becomes engaged to John Fisher. She does her best to be happy and to become everything her new beau desires and expects.

Sweet Amish Romance

The emotional damage these kids suffered is heart wrenching! I'm very pleased they were able to find closure and love!
I gave my first child a better life by letting her be adopted, but I made that choice. I couldn't imagine having that choice taken away from me! This was a powerful story, and I'm glad there was a big emphasis on Grace! Everyone sins, and only Jesus can stand in our place to take our punishment for sin! Nothing else is enough and nothing else is needed!
The narration was very good! The strict Aunt was portrayed perfectly.

Sweet second chance Romance

This is a sweet second chance Romance I enjoy the story about forgiveness to family and specially to each other I like the interaction between the main characters.

Heart touching story!

This story centered around a young Amish girl that had a baby out of wedlock, only to have it taken away from her and adopted out by her family without her knowledge or consent. At the same time, the family of the father of the baby moves to a different area so she has no way to contact him. When they eventually re-connect, they risk everything to try to find the child that was given away, in order to make sure she is happy. It is a beautiful story that is sure to tug at your heartstrings.
