Delightful, Positive Wholesome Amish Love

A bad Amish mom? Who knew they existed? An engaged Amish lass, with primary care for her developmentally delayed brother, manages a relationship and her lasting crush on an equally engaged neighbor.

THE THANKSGIVING DINNER

Jolene is responsible for taking care of her brother Bennie. Bennie is mentally challenged. I liked this storyline. It was heartbreaking. I felt bad for Bennie. I have a lot of respect for Jolene. Jolene has to make decisions about her life that's going to be best for Bennie. You cant help but like Bennie. Kasey Logan does a good job narrating this book.

Sweet story

I loved the story but the narration was painful — very slow with a poor accent.

Sweet and Clean

This was a sweet book to listen to. The story grabbed me from the beginning. It was inspirational and interesting. I love romance that ends happily ever after!

The narration was not the greatest when it came to dialogue. But overall it was pretty good and it helped when I increased the speed a little.
