LAME!!!

I could have heard the same thing on YouTube! Don’t waist your money! She repeats the same thing over and over and then she probably hits the YouTube button and you hear the sound of waves. I don’t even know how this qualifies as a “book”

All sessions are same, after first few minutes it is very repeatable. not great hypnosis to begin with, but definitely not good enough to repeat 4 times.
