love the author

love the story, mmc narrator did great, but not a huge fan of fmc narrator. she reminded me of an 80s valley girl. 🤷‍♀️
other than that, two thumbs up.

Emotional and Romantic

The relationship between Charlie Rose and Garrett was a roller coaster with a history of twists and turns. A beautifully crafted story about facing your fears and embracing life was born. Wisdom from a 12 year old little girl was a refreshing plus.

desperation isn't sexy..

never let a man tell you more than once he doesn't want you. I'm sorry, but the desperation in the main character instantly turned me off. by the time the main characters are intimate , it just seemed more like a " pity f#@!".
