This audio book was really inspiring and motivating. It provides simple and easy to understand instructions that can improve your life and mental status such as learning to control your thoughts or circumstances and not letting them overpower you. This book has given me great advice for dealing with many situations that would cause me stress and anxiety. I'm currently working on the steps that the book has suggested to reduce anxiety and stress, and so far it is really helping I highly recommend this book for anyone suffering from depression or anxiety and also anyone who just wants to break the negative thoughts cycle for a more positive outlook on life.
