Really short and simple, I don't feel that it touched on some of the stuff that others have touched and it was not fulfilling.

This is a good introduction to meditation with a few different techniques of meditation explored. As a stand-alone meditation, because it is more of a "sampling", it's not ideal. If you are new to meditation, it's perfect. I'll probably do it once more but nothing new or profound here.
