I’m going through a really difficult time right now where I feel a deep sense of pain because the man I was seeing just ghosted me. I haven’t been able to concentrate or be without distractions without feeling like my heart is going to explode. I knew doing this meditation would help get some relief and it did. I do a similar meditation where I sit with and feel my feelings, I do this on my own without guide. After seeing so many of Tara’s YouTube videos + hearing her audiobooks I knew this guided meditation would help me a lot. I feel a little lighter and my heart a little more open. I’m going to continue listening to this over and over again ❤️

I love Tara’s work and figured I would give this meditation a go as my morning mindfulness. I got such a wonderful breakthrough on a major theme of feeling flawed. The RAN method as given me the opportunity to look at this limiting belief with such loving kindness that it is now listened. I feel lighter and happier. Giving thanks to Tara and for this practice.
