WOW it’s been a while since I’ve entered the world of Gabe and Harper and gosh damn I had missed them.

As you close your eyes and allow Thomas Locklear to iron out all your stress with his tone of voice - use of the
Word “Fuuuuuck” the tone just has those eyebrows raising and a smile hidden behind a bite of ones lip lol.

Again he nails it with Harper’s voice albeit would love this series as a duet and see how the very talented narrator
Rocks it out using Lee Ann’s words and song lyrics 😍😍😍 match/god equals a match made in heaven lol.

Thomas Locklear is multitalented exceptionally gifted and a true force to be reckoned with when it comes to
Narrating for L - Ann.

I love how much Harper has grown and goes directly for what she wants and desires— and how Thomas Locklear and L Ann portrayed those scenes — my word — sensational..

Highly recommend a listen especially if you fell in love with Gabe and Harper in Book 1 shattered memories..

Why strawberries?

Ever wonder why Gabe smiled and said perfect when finding strawberries in the refrigerator in Tatooed Memories? Well this short story will explain why.

Gabe is afraid to touch Harper after the events that happened in Tattooed Memories for fear of hurting her. He doesn't want to let her out of his sight though and has not allowed her to venture out of his penthouse. Harper is fearful that she is unattractive to him and that she is losing him.

After a brief argument where Harper suggests that she goes and stays with her best friend Gabe decides to take her on an outing to a diner that they used to eat at as kids. And after they share a memory and dessert, things heat up.

This is not a stand alone and it is very short (only a little over 30 minutes) but it is a very enjoyable interlude in the relationship. Thomas Locklear does an amazing job with his male characters but his females always come off a little raspy for me. I do have to say that it has not stopped me from buying any of the other audio books by L. Ann and you do get use to it.

Bittersweet!

Gabe knew he was losing Harper. After the fallout, he was afraid to touch her, let alone love her. Harper sees that he's doing what he does best... pulling away so he can protect her, not realizing that it's his touch she needs to get rid of the fear and the pain of what happened. It's time to remind him that she loved him from the first moment they met, so many years ago, and she's never going to leave him. Instinctively, Gabe understands and takes her somewhere special...Molly's, the ice cream shop he and Seth took her to before he left on his first world-wide tour. She has never been back, wanting to preserve the happy memories instead of the anger she felt after their painful goodbye. He's going to make a new happy memory for Harper, by sharing what they had that day before the tour, the strawberry ice cream special. Strawberry ice cream, fresh strawberries, red strawberry sauce and whipped cream...a feast to relish...and relish they did! This is a beautiful epilogue to their story in Tattooed Memories, and it gives an insight into their past and where they are today. Their love story isn't even close to being over.
Thomas Locklear is one of the finest narrators I've ever listened to and his delivery is top notch, giving Harper and Gabe their unique personality, voice and attitude.

Love these two and the narration.

This is a nice and spicy little look into Gabe and Harper life after her kidnapping. I really loved diving back into these two with Thomas Locklear’s narration. He really makes me want to listen to their story again.
