The author did a good job with providing useful informations lot strength training - including concepts of progressive overload, frequency of training, guidelines on nutrition and also general well-being advice related to making exercise a habit and part of everyday life. Good book!

Strength Training Over 40 is an amazing audiobook. I always thought the best years of my fitness were behind me, but it proved me wrong. It's straightforward and practical, making it perfect for anyone like me who's wary of spending countless hours in the gym or shelling out money for expensive trainers. The advice on resistance training and the minimalistic workout plan are exactly what I needed to get back on track. I can do these workouts at home, and I've already started to see results. My energy is up, and friends have started noticing too! The tips on nutrition without obsessing over calories are very useful.
