I’m fairly new to meditation and auditable, but half way through this one you get a very loud part and it was very unsettling at least for me.

Just right for my afternoon power nap! I feel rested like I slept an hour. Wish it was one reader, as sometimes the switch from female to male voice startles me as I drift into the nap.

I really like the meditative breathing. Even though the female voice comes across more like an instructor than a soother, I’m still able to relax. The male voice that follows the deep breathing always jars me a little—seems a little too loud following the very restful state I get in from the deep breathing exercises. Once I adjust to his voice, I am able to enjoy the sound bowls or whatever and continue to relax. Every time he speaks after a period of just restful noise, it jars me a little. Last night was the first time I was unfortunately still awake at the end and I thought they did a really great job with the sounds just sorta fading. All in all, this is one of my top 5 to fall asleep to. Just wish the voices were a little softer and less jarring.
