Snow is falling around the Aspen cabin that Leigh Insley never has time to visit. As winter gathers closer she wonders if it might finally be time to sell her getaway retreat. When their paths cross in the high-mountain air, city-dweller Leigh is certain she has nothing in common with this rustic mountain woman named Margo. But even the frostiest of hearts can be taken by surprise.

Loved it especially because it was short and sweet with mini action scenes along the way…

Feel-good story in a small ski town

Another sweet story by Kenna White. Very little angst, some twists, and a happy ending. Loved all the characters & the plot. In particular, loved the adorable six-year-old daughter of one of the main characters. The child’s dialog is well-written & age appropriate, a task not all authors get right. Abby Craden brings all the characters to life with her narration magic. Craden is especially wonderful with the child’s part. Don’t miss this book!

A Family in the Making

Leigh is a high powered lawyer in Denver on her way to Aspen to sell her cabin. Stranded in a snow storm, awaiting help. A snowplow stops and Margo chews her out for driving with out snow chains. A rescue leads to additional encounters and Leigh finds herself falling for Margo and her daughter. A great narration by Abby Craden.
