Great book to use when mentoring other potential leaders. I am currently using it to mentor three men in our church.

Good for up and coming leaders

This book is great for up and coming leaders. While this book wasn’t exactly what I was looking for at this point in my career, it did offer a few golden nuggets. This is the kind of book I wish in had read when I was younger. Something I will be recommending to young hopefuls.
