Great Narrator and Interesting ideas

When I chose this book, I thought it would be more about the epigenetics and science as it says in the blurb "With tools that surpass DNA analysis". I thought it would focus more on how your ancestors genetics affect you, such as generational trauma and gene expression, instead of how to connect on a spiritual level.

In this book different people tells stories of how they can connect with their ancestors through a more spiritual and meditative level. For example , if your grandfather was a painter, you could connect with that part of you and become a great painter, essentially unlocking those gifts passed down to you. If you want to learn about the ways that others have found ways to feel connected with their ancestors this book may be for you. If you are looking for hard scientific facts, not so much.
