Very fun story

His land is in ruin, and his father and mother are both missing. What’s a young lord to do? Go looking for them, and try to salvage his house, of course!

I enjoyed this story and look forward to the next installment! Very glad he got his mom back!

a great first book

Family can be great joy or great sorrow, when another is jealous of something or someone he doesn't have. They may try to ruin you in revenge, be stronger and gather more friends to stand strong.

Plot was figured out right away but even having it figured out was still a good listen

Not much was to terrible in my opinion easy to understand and listen to maybe to much sex scene carried on long

The story is engaging and entertaining.

Great start.

I really liked this book. It’s definitely one of the better ones in the genre. It kept me engaged throughout the entire thing.

My one minor gripe was some of the early choices the MC made; but as the book continues he seems to come into his own.
