A winner!

I happen to be a fan of dragon stories and stumbled upon this one. These omnibus offerings are tempting, and I gave it a try. Am I glad I did. This was a start to finish exciting tale with just about everything I could hope for.

Good story silly MC

Great story, author is a bit wordy but not overly annoying the MC is all over the place an emotional roller coster I think they we’re going for hard alpha male but comes off most times as an emotional beta, and so for how most books are written these days the women are tough as nails

Another author with a power trip over women.

To the writer...Do you really think that's how women want to be treated? If so you definitely have mental issues. Because of this you lost 1 start.

Confusing

The story bounces a bit, the main character constantly bounces from strong tough guy to nervous teenager unable to react to anything which is very confusing, is he supposed to be the stoic damaged guy, the bumbling bafoon, the brave adventurer, a mix of all? His traits don't blend well to make a very likeable character. Relationships grow through magic not through anything meaningful. Overall it's not the worst story, but there are definitely better in the same vein/genre.

Hero to soft

Hero was too sensitive to everything and everybody the story was interesting but it seems like he needed to bond to a shrink
