Lots of classic references

Again Haynes takes a concept one might think corny and weaves it nicely into a really enjoyable story. If you like Ray Bradbury, particularly Something Wicked This Way Comes, you’ll really like this book.

Felt a bit like comfort

This reminded me of Needful Things by Stephen King. Maybe way more than needed. But it was good.

Wild story

This whole thing was absolutely not what I expected it was a good surprise though certainly interesting

It’s pretty gory

Not very funny it would have been great if it was funny. Once I understood the nature of the author it was entertaining. Very much like a tales from the crypt.

Super intense

This book was so good that I listened to it again after I finished. Very clever and entertaining. You will get annoyed at some characters. Just download it and walk through the Bookshop from Hell.
