lifesaver!

I will be rereading this multiple times... this book is amazing! I already finished healing and understanding twice, and finally felt secure enough to even touch on transformation once, and am truly letting go of an unhealthy relationship that was not in my best interest... this book has saved my sanity! Some other audibles that I have listened to do not have such a great reader that is so engaging so that was very helpful.

She is able to emphasize certain points and keep you very engaged in this book.

I am able to use these skills to help my patients going through a breakup.
