Main character has major mental health issues!

I was a annoyed with the main character. She chastised others for being selfish and unfeeling towards others but “pot, meet kettle”. She’s just as bad, if not worse. The story was okay but my difficulty in connecting with the the main character was a distraction from my reading enjoyment.

Tedious and unfocused

The narrative sounded like Chapters had been shuffled randomly. The last 70 minutes were content that should have been inserted along the way. I listened to them only out of sheer tenacity and dogged determination to see if this mess ever improved. Spoiler alert: it didn’t.
