Good book but…

Too many unanswered questions by the end of the book. I would have been happy if there had just been one book. I don’t think there needed to be a 2nd book. It’s just dragging out too long.

The Chase

This is the second book in this series. Madison and Jonas is together again and working on catching a gang of bank robbers. They have hostage situations and the robbers are very cunning. There is a good story line in this book with Jonas and Madison doing there job. I like the chemistry between them. I think this is a good series. Hannah Cabill does a good job narrating this book. loved it!

Better than book one but I say that after becoming more invested in the characters. Wonderful little twist in the center of the story that just stabbed my heart. I'm totally crushing on Jonas ❤️ Can't wait to start the next book!

Another great book

Lisa Harris did a fabulous job writing a complex story of the chase, past incidents, family involvement and support as well as the great relationship between her and her partner Jonas.
My only wish is that the bad guy wrap up would be further detailed or explored. The end to that section was too abrupt.
Overall, loved the book, characters and audible narration.
