Highest recommendation for this amazing workbook!!

As a Christian counselor I cannot recommend this book enough. I constantly encourage clients to get it so that they can work through issues they are dealing with at home in addition to our sessions. The author touches on so many different areas where codependency can show up in our lives. I love that she has a website where she gives additional teaching on the different chapters at spiritofliferecovery.com

She also covers topics like building healthy boundaries, exposing shame, family systems and emotional strongholds etc. I wish I could remember what book I read or listened to that recommended this book.

As far as the voice recording goes, there are some downsides (a couple of mispronounced words) because it is computer generated however I don't have the time to sit and read the book so I was incredibly appreciative that there is an audio version of this amazing workbook. My feeling was that if it can get me the information that I need faster, than I am all for it!
