The Clinic is a twisted, macabre, and chilling tale told from the perspective of three delinquents, young men who never had a chance and are forced to make their own ways in life. They set their sights on an out-of-town rehab clinic, hoping to pilfer the prized possessions of rich alcoholics and addicts. But the clinic is not what they thought it was. Their plan inevitably goes awry and their night of petty crime turns into a fight for survival.

Can the boys make it out alive, and will their lifelong friendship remain intact once the truth is revealed?

The Clinic

This wasn’t the best. The story is pretty weak and the plot is very underdeveloped. Narration wasn’t bad.

Suspense

If you can commit worth reading to the end. Gets very interesting chapter 37.

3.5 Stars honestly, definitly not 4.

if it was a book it wouldnt have kept my attention enough to make it through. The story was ok in the beginning, had a few minutes where I thought it was about to get scary and then it seemed to float off into Agatha Christie mystery mode. Its more of a horror story than most of the stuff Audible has listed as Horror, so it has that going for it. Reading some of the amazon reviews though I expected it to be some really crazy stuff. That, it was not. I would consider checking out the authors other books in the future.

Good narrator - story not

Terrible story. Drags on and on and in the end makes no sense.

A complete waste of time.

“This is How You Die: A Thriller” - by Jester is saved by it’s sarcastic, dark writing style. Although it could use some heavy editing and rewriting by a more seasoned author - but the structure and story is at least hidden in there… it is so much better than “The Clinic”.

Blown Away

This book was very well written and I loved listening to it. It was scary with the perfect narrative voice. It had compelling characters and realistic settings. I would highly recommend this book. I absolutely loved it.
