I really liked the bodyweight exercises (push ups, planks, etc, and all of their variations) and how this, cardiovascular (cardio) exercises, and more, go hand in hand with the magic of the DASH diet. I really thought it was so on point how this title combines these two incredibly important, yet synchronistic elements that, when used in tandem, can bring about ones’ fitness and weight loss goals while including a ton of other health benefits. I also loved the nods to intermittent fasting as well because I have had such great progress with this. I also enjoyed hearing the vitamin recommendations in chapter 6 because I was looking for something that would educate me in this area instead of just lazily taking a “one a day” vitamin and calling it a day.
