Great advice for leading

Jill Morganthaler takes you on a historic journey through her life, teaching practical leadership skills along the way. Reading this book gave me some good tips for leading in my professional civil engineering world. At times her advice is a little dated, but for the most part I see it working & helping me move forward in my career.
