I can never understand how books like these do not include a pdf with the book. So if you want a list of emulsifiers you have to google it, or listen to the book over and over again and write them all down; what a huge pain when all the author had to do was attach a pdf to the audible.

I'd have to try it first...

This is a field that I have immense interest in. But I will have to try it before I give it 5 stars. I am hopeful, though.

Repetitive infomercial...

Just read the last 2 chapters, Mostly basic info ... very repetitive,wasted a lot of time on testimonials ...this book is like a “click bait” infomercial.
