this third book in the Gresham series is even better than the last one which I thought was delightful.

Heart warming!

Beautiful heart warming story and wonderful narration. Loved the time period this is written in and enjoyed the picturesque Gresham.

captivating story of self forgiveness

Spoiler alert: The most memorable moment was when Jacob finally realized that Lydia was his girl. I also enjoyed the development of self discovery and forgiveness of the kept woman.

believable human characters

Bible lessons intermingled with entertaining believable characters... love love love Blackwell's writing. keep going!
