Slow burn

Loved the entire friends to lovers and the slow burn of their story. Kate Reading is amazing as always 💖

Delicious and devilish!

I love this series. Well written and performed. When so many plot lines in this genre are predictable, nothing is predictable here. The reader is rewarded with plots and twists, and sub plots and even more twists with each chapter, and the bonus is that new information is gleaned regarding prior characters or books in the series. I will look for anything written by Heath or performed by Reading. I know it’s going to be a winner.

Lorraine Heath! When a Man loves a woman!

I absolutely loved how the Duke was portrayed as a dunce. for reasons you will find out as you read but it's amazing and lovely when everything comes together. I am a long time romance reader and I have been reading Lorraine Heath for 30 plus years. I'm so glad she's around to give me his calgon take me away feeling!

My favorite of the Duke series. It has all the elements of a fantastic story ; Intelligent banter between the romantic characters and a well woven back story of both which explains their personalities. An enjoyable read!!
