An absolute must to understanding codependency

The book addressed many issues and symptoms that are attributed to unhealthy attachment styles that keep narcissists and codependents in unhappy relationships. Being raised in a household compromised by narcissism can trigger codependency and lead to a damaged relationship picker. If you are looking for a road map to recovery, I felt the information contained in this book is absolutely a must on the journey of self-work and healing.

This book is very informative and helpful to all who have ever been trapped by a narcissist.

the author invests the time to flush out the various concepts of this construct. the narration is 50/50 , but the information is invaluable.
