New beginnings...

Everyone craves them, but few have the resolution to go through.

And yet John decided to live as a mortal.

For his wife, for his daughter.

He was willing to give up everything to achieve peace and avoid what he had already suffered in the past.

But peace is temporary.

How long can it be maintained?

Enjoy this seventh issue of The Idle System, just a step away from the last book in the series. If you are ever to live life in another world, you might want to learn what John has to offer.

so happy that I managed to find this book and author. reading about John's journey has been incredibly fun and I liked seeing it take a somewhat different route as it usually would.

eager for the final book

That cliffhanger was a bitch and I’m pretty sure there’s not another book coming out

Fuck you for the cliffhanger

People complaining about him being op’s caused this. With power ups came a lower IQ. Still a good book, but I doubt he learns by the next book

I know there is at least one reviewer that was less than impressed with the book. I will say this however. The story was well thought out and the details were too specific to be a hiccup on the author’s part. That being said, I thought it went well and the author left off with an interesting plot point that leaves you in the dark about whether or not this series is complete. There is just enough detail that it seems the answer is yes; but, like I said just enough.

Finally, this novel explains a lot about everything that went on in the previous novel and you really get to see the ‘guts’ of the story exposed. I’ve never seen a novel pull this off so well as this one.

Sure it may not be for everyone, but I for one really enjoyed it.

Thank you Pegaz.

Interesting Conclusion

During this book, I was very bored honestly. when time travel comes into play it always gets messy. anyway we finally get some major secrets and mysteries revealed. some things in the main characters past are cleared up. overall it was a slow burn unlike this author's previous books with action non stop. the ending was the only point that I was actually excited. I am eagerly awaiting the next book and I hope the demon John makes a comeback.

A solid installment
