Twisty and deep story line.

I really love these books. Even though they scare me and make my heart race.

Some violence

I thoroughly enjoyed this audio book. There were some chapters and passages that were a little bit too violent/scary for me.

Bad language & too many characters

First let me say I love these books! The first one was much more enjoyable because the plot was more clear and the character development was better. This one had a sub-plot with tough gangster types using vulgar language (every other word beginning with F) and it made me cringe. It seriously detracted from my enjoyment of the book. Please take note Mr. Burton and omit from your next book!

Excellent

Solid story, it took some concentration in the beginning but over all very good book.

Pretty Good

The Keepers is a pretty good cozy mystery with engaging characters and an entertaining plot. The pace is a bit slow but it's worth it to stick to the end.
