Wow

Even better than the Shepherd King duet in my opinion, especially in terms of romance. Interesting world, great main characters and a lovable gargoyle. The book offered wonderfully sinister moments. And what about the ending, I underestimated the amount of evil we encountered once again.

Loved the book. I need the second book asap. such a great story. amazing and unique magic.

LOVED IT

I liked everything about this book: the unique magic, the well rounded protagonist, the gargoyle sidekick that was such a comic relief but at the same time so much more than that and the well done romance.

The narrators also did an amazing job!

One of the best books I’ve EVER read

This is the first book I have read from this author but at this point I’ve gone through so many books in this genre and all I can say is - what a nice breath of fresh air this is.

The writing style, the storytelling, the way the characters are being developed - absolute perfection. I enjoyed every moment reading this book and although it was a bit dark and gothic ( not everyone’s cup of tea), I loved it.

Unique world and great listen

I really like the unique world and magic! It was good audiobook but I didn’t care for the main love interest.
