Great but would rather read paper book

Very very useful book for managers. My first dive into managering books and I'm glad I did some homework. I'd say 90% of managers don't know how to do any of this or how to manage people. My only comment is I would never suggest this book in audio format. I bought on eBay and highly suggest in that format. Easier to think and process and write notes you need to follow up on

Great book. Chock full of actionable insights

Loved the content, acronyms, examples and study references. Great for anyone who wants to become a better manager, fast. Looking forward to implementing the lessons in my own career.

An easy to follow recipe to let your team growth

I meet this book looking for some easy advice in terms of growth my managerial abilities. What I found was a complete framework, and a very friendly step by step guide in order to continuously scale as manager, but also to resolve most common issues that I didn't see as issues before.

One of the aspects that I liked the most is the experience and well documented research on leading teams and the extra material that authors have been work on.

Quite precise material as first approach to improve leading skills. Very recommended if you have experience or you're diving this path.

Great book but annoying narrator

The book is offering an excellent foundation of communication skills essential for a manager, but the narration, while mostly high quality, sometimes breaks out into annoying and jarring silly antics - completely unnecessary.
