Like Rick says the workout that’s best for you is the one you enjoy doing the most. This book is one I enjoy the most and I keep going back to it. I bought the book and liked it so much that I downloaded it on Audible so I can keep going back to it to pick up advice. I’m in my late fifties and stopped lifting weights for years. I got back into it and reading Rick’s journey made me more motivated and enthusiastic to keep going. It is magical!
