Great information

As a new company official, this is great information. I find myself agreeing with some of the ideas as something I have done before. I also find myself thinking that the ideas reflect the way I want to lead.

Good insights

Although it reiterated many previously written and talked about concepts in the fire service, This is a good read. I truly enjoyed it. I particularly liked the insight about PTSD disorder that silently plagues the fire service of today.
