Why choose?

Never read one before. This is a great first. Only complaint? Cliff hanger. No idea when the next will come out.

Plot was interesting, but drowning…

The story line was interesting, but it was quickly drowned out by long, drawn out intimate scenes that slowed down what could have been a great book.

Like with food, spice should ADD to the recipe, not take away.

The ending was predictable, but I remain cautiously optimistic that this could be one of those rare cases where the sequel is better as characters are already developed and the scene is set-up well for a strong Book 2.

My Thoughts:
📚If you’re in the mood for something fantastical and full of schmexy spice, buckle up, because this ride comes with four powerful, deliciously distinct princes and one lucky heroine who doesn’t have to choose because, why would she?

Each prince of the legends of chaos brings his own brand of magical prowess to the table and they’re all on a quest to find their fated mate. The Dreamer, The Mind, The Player, and The Nightmare. Spoiler: sparks are flying, and shirts are optional.

This one is light on angst and drama that won’t drown you, but oh so heavy on heat, most definitely laying the groundwork for a bigger journey ahead.

🎧 I thought Michelle did a wonderful job bringing the magical elements to life. Her tone and pacing fit the fantasy setting perfectly, adding just the right amount of wonder and charm to each scene. You could really feel the atmosphere through her voice. Jake brought the presence, strength and authority of the princes with their commanding and powerful energy. I enjoyed this listen!

Dang it!!

I would have waited if I knew it was a cliffhanger. The story was good enough for me to read the next book, so thats good. I didn't like the male narrator, but the woman narrator was great and read most of the story. Can't wait till the next book comes out.

The Performance was 10/10

The audiobook was so good! I’m obsessed with Romantacy and when you add in Why Choose with a bit of mystery and four god like MMCs… swoon.

The Never List follows our FMC Rylee who is a Demi Goddess who hides her powers and blood line for safety. Coming from the lower class she finds her way into the coveted choosing gala in hopes to find some answers about her sister, who went missing a year prior. But she gets more than she bargained for and becomes the chosen - putting her directly in danger. But she has to roll with it, and that’s when things get really interesting…
