So Good!

The story is well-balanced between plot and relationships. I was pleasantly surprised by how much the surrounding friendships and were developed as well! I cared about everyone, hated the bad guy, and appreciated the acceptance of moral grayness without the doubt and “clutch my pearls” most books use. Both main characters (and a lot of the side characters, tbh) are hot and I loved the mutual respect that could have easily been lost within the power dynamics. Jolie Dvorak… to be such a good writer AND have a voice like that. Damn.

New Favorite 🤩

My only regret is not having listened to this sooner. Phenomenal story and performance 🎭. We need branches of The Circle everywhere. Intrigue, action, spicy sapphic romance and a HEA for the world. I needed this book… hell, we all do. Take a listen-seriously!

Hot

Wasn't sure what to expect with the author also being the narrator of this book but, my lord, it was a beautiful thing.... and hot, did I mention hot? I can't blame Rose; I fell for the Nightingale the moment she said her first line... in that saucy way, with that seductive voice. I really hope that there are going to be more audiobooks from Jolie Dvorak, with her narration, in our future.

The story was awesome!!! And the narrator..is the author..soo soo good! I say that b/c one needs to know and be warned..you are in for a FANTASTIC, ENJOYABLE AND GLORIOUS ride.

A Dangerously Perfect Story

Whew! Amazing story and narration by Jolie Dvorak! She drew me in from the start with her tone and breathing life into the characters. Beautiful morally gray mc’s just enough to have you fully enamored and on the edge of your seat. Highly recommend!!
