A fabulous story

The characters and plot drew me i right away. I did not stop listening except to sleep. The book gave me another perspective of the”orphaned” children treatment during WWII. I liked the writing style of the author and the narrator presented it well. A must read.

so much sadness and tragedy

I had a hard time following who was talking at times. the accents threw me off a bit.

the story is full of tragedy and very real racial tension.

Great story

Enjoyed the story and the narrator of this book. I recommend it to everyone.
